To commemorate Rimac’s 115 years of institutional existence, we created a book that, through profiles and graphics, lists different reasons to take pride in being Peruvian.
Rimac entrusted us with the task of creating a book to celebrate its 115 years of institutional existence. Instead of producing a traditional historical account of the company, we focused on the concept of Peruvian identity. Thus, we named the project “Camiseta” (which means “T-shirt” in Spanish). We selected successful individuals such as Susana Baca, Ramiro Llona, and Sofía Mulanovich – representatives of social sectors that Rimac targets – and asked them why they felt proud to be Peruvian. We visited them in the intimacy of their spaces and created a visual collage, gradually accumulating the reasons for that sense of pride until reaching the number 115, representing the company’s years of experience.
