Swimming through the past, present, and future of this iconic destination, our job was to translate this endeavor into a design piece.

The purpose of Josefina Barron’s book was to revalue the historical importance of the famous Lima bay through comprehensive visual documentation by photographer Renzo Giraldo, the collaboration of historian Henry Mitrani, and a diverse curatorial team.

Through the book and its photographs, we wanted to evoke the sea, the tiles of the promenade, a neighborhood with a history, and the changes it faces for the future.
